WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - Wichita’s City Council passes a new ordinance to regulate the use of golf carts on city streets. The council asked a lot of questions this morning about the limitation of drivers under 18, and why police recommended excluding the Delano District of approved roadways for golf carts.
