Mar 25, 2019 · Right as I’m about to fall asleep when I exhale this sound just comes out and wakes me up. Does this happen to anyone else? I’ve seen that it happens to some pregnant ladies but I am definitely not pregnant and I don’t think it’s catathrenia since it only happens once or twice a night and not even every night.

Usually when I am super tired, like so tired that you can't fall asleep, I get auditory hallucinations, voices, random sounds, unrecognizable languages. And when I wake up after sleeping to little I get bombarded with flashes of light when I close my eyes. I also can't fall asleep during the day or take a nap because then my body yanks me awake.

Mar 23, 2023 · Falling asleep in class is viewed as rude in the US, like you don't think the class and your professor is worth your dedicated attention. I wouldn't worry about accidentally falling asleep for ten minutes, especially since you already apologized. It's a pretty minor mistake.

Also, obviously you would also not want to pick super exciting books as well but i think you've got that part covered :D (not saying your examples are bad, they are just not high paced thrillers ).
