DLA+ designed four new guest cottages totaling 8,340 SF for The Laurel Valley Golf Club in Ligonier, PA. The goal of the project was to provide adequate overnight accommodations for the Club’s guests, primarily for when the Club hosts events. Each cottage incorporates four guest suites, offering sixteen new guest rooms in total.
