F&p fulgor smeg and Bosch other great options at 36” if you can afford it. Thor is terrible. Absolutely dreadful customer service. I'm in a similar situation myself.

Honestly though, if my budget was tight and I was looking for more range, I would consider doing two more normal 30" ranges side by side. Maybe Kitchenaid. Then get a T shaped piece of stainless made to set between them on top.
