Black Fog (Japanese: ブラックフォッグ Black Fog) is an ancient giant Haunter in The Electric Tale of Pikachu that terrorized the people of Saffron City and has killed many by eating their souls.

As stated in the Electric Tale of Pikachu, Black Fog are able to consume an enemies soul, they are much stronger than Gastly, Haunter, or Gengar and has the power to control other Ghost-types.

Haunting My Dreams (: シオン塔(とう), : Shion Tou, trans. Lavender Tower) is the 4th and final chapter of Volume 1 of The Electric Tale of Pikachu. Ash travels to Saffron Gym and meets up with Brock, who visits Sabrina, his old friend.
