However there is a mod that reverts all witcher armor to there original colors meaning original textures. This would likely fix the problem because your reverting the armors texture back to before they were changed for the dye system.

If a smith isn't a high enough level to craft an item it won't appear in their list. For example the grandmaster Witcher gear can only be crafted by one smith, in Toussaint, so if you have the diagrams and go to a different smith they won't be visible as an option to craft.

May 29, 2016 · As far as I recall, they only sold the pieces of armor themselves, not the diagrams. I don't believe there are any diagrams because they can't be crafted. If you check the link above, you'll see the codes for the armor pieces and the two swords. the woman in the HoS dlc sold the diagrams . not the the armor it self
