Mar 9, 2008 · There are a couple of pros and cons to this vintage: Pros: Low to the ground, easy to manuever. Tons of power for an XL 250. If stock, its very quiet. Honda reliability. Cons: Supsension is very stiff; made for road handling. If the bike has sat for long, can be very difficult to start w/ the dual carbs. Can have trouble hot starting sometimes.
