Nov 21, 2022 · Policy is that once the prescription leaves the store, it can't be returned! If it wasn't a prescription and was an over the counter medication though, you might be able to return it. Also, if you're filling a prescription on your insurance, generic isn't necessarily cheaper. Some insurance policies actually would rather cover the brand name!

Only policy was within 30 days with receipt, store exchange for current lowest price without receipt. The number of people who would return calendars halfway through the year was appalling.

(i.e.: If you used up like $4 in EB for 3 items and only $2.75 was used for 2 of the items being returned, you're going to get back only the $2.75 allocated for them.). If you return the entire purchase, then you should get the full amount back. I think.
