Jun 23, 2022 · I played trough the line and remember the Emil 1 felt like a pain while I barely remember the Emil 2 (which is good in this case). The tank only start feeling bearable when equipped with full bounty and bond vents, stabs, irm/iau/turbo with bia (good crew in general), food and fieldmods aswell as vents directive.
Are Emil I and Emil II worth it? : r/WorldofTanks - Reddit
Dec 11, 2019 · The Emil 1 was weird for me, I didn't like it but I didn't dislike it either. It was great, enough armor but still vulnerable, enough burst but Inna curate gun... It was fine. Long grind but not the worst. Emil 2 was weirder. When stock it was honestly the worst tier 9 I ever had. It was slow, too slow, felt like a Maus without the overall armor.
I made A Unicum Guide for the Emil 1! : r/WorldofTanks - Reddit
Sep 11, 2020 · I haven’t yet played the Emil 2 or Kran, but from what I’ve seen, I feel the Emil 2 would be the most fun to play, since it’s turret armor can hold up a lot better against gold spam than the Emil 1’s, but you don’t have to constantly dead with tier 10 like the kran.
I see everybody talking about how OP the Emil 1 is, but hardly
Dec 3, 2020 · The emil 1 on the other hand, has a mediocre top speed of 35, the same dpm as an AMX 50 100 and good gun handling. The turret holds fine in its tier, and your decent dpm + decent clip of 900 + good frontal armour profile allows you to hold ridgelines very well. Even if you are forced out of a ridgeline, the Emil 1 can sidescrape to a certain ...
Question about the Emil 1 and Emil 1951 : r/WorldofTanks - Reddit
Mar 17, 2023 · No, it’s just because it’s rare. Anyone can grind the emil 1 and suck on it stock, but you had to have been playing the original version of frontlines (or get it in some terrible loot boxes) to have the 1951.
What's your best advice for setup of my Emil I? : r/WorldofTanks
Jan 28, 2020 · Equipment should be, Vert stabs, Optics and Vents. This is just by far the best equipment. If you are just grinding through and don't want to put credits on it then maybe just don't get optics or vents, but very stabs will be a huge help with how bad the Emil 1's gun handling is.
PSA on Emil 1951 vs Emil I: the results may surprise you
The Emil 1 is arguably better at reversing though. All the Emil variants reverse at 20 km/h (apart from the Kranvagn which reverses at 18 km/h). If you use the improved engine power boost, an Emil can reverse at 30 km/h which matches the T23E3. Really helpful when trying to retreat! It’s a shame the 1951 doesn’t have the consumable.
EMIL 1951 vs EMIL I, which is better for you? poll
Jul 22, 2022 · Emil 1 is very slow and has bad accuracy. This can be mitigated with super consumables, but in my opinion it is more convenient to have consistently good speed & accuracy, rather than having short burst of those. However, Emil 1951's accuracy & mobility are by no means "good". It is just touch better than Emil 1.
How bad is the Emil 1? : r/WorldofTanksConsole - Reddit
The Emil 1, sure, some games you do well and get like 3k damage, but the biggest issue with it is the slow speed and poor gun handling. The turret does NOT make up for these deficiencies. The bad aim means you have to get close, but then the slow speed makes it hard to get away. Camping on ridgelines is the boringest game play in WoT.
Emil 1 : r/WorldofTanks - Reddit
May 8, 2019 · Emil 1 remains the king of the hill in the literal sense, in that the frontal turret armour is invulnerable to anything short of t10 gold rounds, when hull down. That was and remains your playstyle on it, as everything else is butter - keep the enemies in the 15-30 degrees cone in front of you (the cheeks are weak, unlike on Emil2), hide your hull.
