    What is the Fossil Lab at the University of Chicago?
    The University of Chicago's Fossil Lab is a place of awe with several rooms dedicated to fossil research and teaching. The Research/Teaching Room is where fossils are studied. The Collections Room houses priceless fossils. The Fossil Prep Room is used for preparing bones, while the Molding & Casting Room is where fossils are copied and flesh models are sculpted. There is also a Bug Room for cleaning bones of recent animals.
