I began my love for culinary at the age of 6, by helping my mother’s catering business in Penang, Malaysia. I always loved art and began using my keen eyes to assist in the presentation of my mother’s cuisine.

Chef Leon Teow, Certified Executive Chef®, oversees culinary operations at The Club at ArrowCreek, leading a team of 30 people to execute the club’s recently reimagined dining program, including five indoor and outdoor dining outlets and 40,000-square-foot event venue.

ACF Certified Executive Chef® (CEC®) was issued by American Culinary Federation to Chin Liang (Leon) Teow.
