Eno is an independent, non-partisan think-tank that shapes public debate on critical multimodal transportation issues and builds an innovative network of transportation professionals.

Applicants accepted into the TMM program will be ready and committed to consistently, and thoughtfully, engage with course facilitators, program colleagues, and Eno staff. Each year, three to four similar agencies are grouped together to form an Eno/MAX program.

Eno/MAX brings together senior transit professionals to tackle industry challenges through peer collaboration, executive coaching, and real-world problem-solving. The program fosters leadership growth, strengthens agency partnerships, and equips participants with the skills to drive meaningful change in public transportation.

The MAX program, which includes Eno/MAX for transit agencies and the newly launched AirMAX for airports, is all about real teamwork and practical insights.

Oct 20, 2023 · To meet this need, Eno is partnering with three major metropolitan airports to launch an exciting and innovative airport-led program designed and co-created to build a pipeline of leadership and encourage retention of the high-performing talent within their workforce.

After taking a pause in 2020 during the COVID pandemic, the Eno/MAX Program went virtual for the first time in its history in 2021. Participants in this transformational program learn based on the four pillars of the model to expand their knowledge and network for long-term career success.
