Thaddeus Plotz, also known simply as Mr. Plotz, or T.P., Plotz-y, and Plotz (the latter three are nicknames from the Warners), is the main antagonist of Animaniacs. He was the CEO of Warner Bros. throughout the original series.

Mr. Director (voiced by Paul Rugg) – A recurring character who is a caricature of Jerry Lewis who always speaks in a whiney childish-like tone, and often shouts out nonsensical words like "Flamiel", or "Freunlaven".

Mr. Plotz Senior is the former CEO of the Warner Bros. and the father of Thaddeus Plotz. He appears in "A Christmas Plotz". Plotz Sr. was the CEO of the studio, until one Christmas Eve, his son Thaddeus Plotz took over as the new CEO and fired him.

Mr.Plotz is a stereotype of most ageing billonaires rude selfish. he will get rid of anything that gets in his way (namely the Warner siblings).he is the antagonist in most of the skits he is in. wich means he is the main antagonist in the course of the series.
