Nov 15, 2024 · The Gen 2 muzzle brake is removeable. I love my Gen 1 7.62x39 now that I had it converted to AK mags. There is an aluminum magwell conversion kit available now for $200. mine was modified by Fire Castle Customs a couple years ago.

Oct 16, 2022 · I just Bought a Ruger American Gen II Chambered in 6mm ARC. I am having ALL kinds of Feeding issues with the Duramag double stack magazine that comes with it. Would it be beneficial to do the AICS Conversion?

Dec 9, 2022 · Just called Ruger customer service and it turns out that there is a kit to convert a Ruger American Predator rifle with the rotary mag to the AI style mag. It only cost me $19 + shipping to get it too.
