North Macedonia–Serbia relations are bilateral relations between the Republic of North Macedonia and the Republic of Serbia. A 2022 poll conducted found that the citizens of North Macedonia consider Serbia to be their friendliest state.

The Serbs are one of the constitutional ethnic groups of North Macedonia (Macedonian: Србите во Северна Македонија, Serbian: Срби у Северној Македонији, Srbi u Severnoj Makedoniji), numbering about 24,000 inhabitants (2021 census).

North Macedonia and Serbia traditionally have friendly relations. Serbia is a main trading partner and recognized its neighbour under its former constitutional name – Republic of Macedonia . Macedonians in Serbia are a recognized national minority, same as Serbs in North Macedonia .
