Numerous nonprofit and private organizations provide scholarships to assist students in funding their college education. These scholarships are awarded based on a range of criteria, such as academic excellence, athletic talent, leadership qualities, chosen field of study and financial need.

All new/incoming UH Manoa Students, Faculty, and Staff members receive a UH Manoa ID card, now known as the Mānoa One Card. Each card is specific to the individual’s status at the University and allows the cardholder to certain university privileges and benefits; which may vary according to the type of fees associated with the account.
