Apr 9, 2024 · My strategy is put on the raikov mask then get in 3 sniper shots to the front of the head (tranq or lethal), then run behind him and snipe him again. Then I dodge his beam attack and slam him to the ground, hitting him with the m37 or Mk22, depending on if I'm going lethal or non lethal. That takes out his first phase in around 30 seconds.
