Also known as Zim Zam, Tether Tennis or Swingball, this simplest of concepts was a huge seller in its day. Basically, just a tennis ball attached to a cord connected to a vertical pole with a coil on top, the game has been known since the early 1900s.

Looking for the game called zim zam. We used to play this game when I was a child and we are looking for it. It is a tennis ball attached to a tether (like tetherball with the volleyball attached) but you hit it with paddles instead of a volley ball.
