APO-go POD is a pre-diluted solution intended for use without dilution as a continuous subcutaneous infusion by minipump. APO-go POD is designed to be used with a pump (the Crono APO-go III Infusion Pump or the Crono PAR4 20 Infusion Pump) and the CronoBell Sleeve.
• APO-go® POD (apomorphine hydrochloride hemihydrate) 100mg/20ml solution for infusion cartridges remain available and can support increased demand. Actions Required Prescribers should: • not initiate new patients on APO-go® PFS; • identify and review patients currently prescribed APO-go® PFS;

APO-go Pen 10mg/ml Solution for Injection - medicines
Jul 24, 2024 · APO-go Pen 10 mg/ml is a disposable multiple dose pen injector system incorporating a clear glass (type I) cartridge containing a clear solution for injection. The glass cartridge is sealed at one end with a bromobutyl rubber piston, and at the other end with a bromobutyl rubber/aluminium membrane.
Apo-go nurses will work with specialists to identify and support patients to transfer from the pre-filled syringes to the APO-go® POD cartridge. They will also provide device training for patient, carers or other healthcare professionals as well as ongoing support in the community.
APO-go PFS, APO-go PEN, APO-go Ampoules and APO-go POD are authorised for treatment of motor fluctuations ('on-off' phenomena) in patients with Parkinson’s disease which are not sufficiently controlled by oral anti-Parkinson medication (see SmPC for the full indication).
