Perspective is weird in that shot, but I'm guessing wildly that the hole is roughly 1/6 the width of the ring system. The Dreadnaught itself appears to be roughly 1/3 the size of the hole. Wikipedia tells me that the rings of Saturn are ~72,000 km across. (In radius, not diameter.) So, at 1/18 that size, the Dreadnaught is something like 4,000 ...

The Dreadnaught is a massive Luna-sized Hive ship under the command of Oryx, the Taken King. It was built after the Vex/Hive War using the corpse of the Worm God, Akka. It was built so Oryx's Throne World has the ability to move around, so that enemies have a harder time entering it.

In the ending cinematic of vanilla Destiny 2 it's one of the places the pulse from the awakened Traveler goes past. So far we've visited every destination it went past. Mercury, Mars, The Reef. It then passes the Dreadnought and the triangle ship fleet. So if they're still going by that we'll be back there before long.

This would be a cool cut scene, the biggest one-ship armadas dueling it out till one is destroyed. Although the Dreadnaught is larger, it’s disabled weapon and lack of leadership ( probably) would put it at a disadvantage The Leviathan, although being smaller, has strong lasting leadership and loyal followers, plus some incredible tech.
