During each of his first four seasons at the helm, Gajewski (pronounced ‘GUY-eh-ski’) guided the Cowgirls to the NCAA Tournament. He has won 173 games during his first five years in Stillwater - tied for the most by a head coach during his or her first five seasons in program history.
