Kyle Macaulay (born 13 May 1986) is a Scottish former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He currently works as head of recruitment for West Ham United. Club career. Born in Elgin, he started his career at Derby County but after two years at Pride Park, he was released.

Macaulay was a highly valued member of Potter’s backroom staff as the Swedish club won promotion to the top-flight Allsvenskan in 2015, won the Svenska Cupen in 2017 and reached the latter stages of the 2017/18 UEFA Europa League.
