We are “Rocks”, or caregivers, for a loved one with cancer who has also attended a First Descents program. We’ve witnessed the healing power of adventure within them, and we’ve seen the impact of the FD community, which has changed their lives after a cancer diagnosis in immeasurable quantities.

FIRST DESCENTS continues to evolve and innovate to meet the requests of our participants by creating and implement-ing several FDi (introductory) programs around the country.
