They will tell you to contact the seller, the seller won't do anything, then you can contact G2A again, and they won't do anything. Finally, you will have to do a chargeback on your credit card or Paypal, or however you paid, then G2A will ban your account.

Dec 2, 2022 · I have made a purchase from G2A.COM however it was a misleading one. the website sells steam keys which I intended to purchase from this transaction but the seller sold me an existing account instead which is not allowed by Valve (Steam owner) and this makes me at risk of getting my accounts revoked and losing the digital purchase.

Games from your main account will show up saying “from the library of (accounts name) but you’ll have to buy it again to play on the g2a account. So unless you don’t mind logging in and out all for one game..get the Steam key ones 😂.

May 23, 2023 · I just bought my first thing off of g2a. I thought it was a steam key as my friends told me about g2a having cheap games in the form of a steam key. I didnt read carefully enough and i accidentally bought a whole account with just the game on it.

Sep 16, 2015 · I've bought a good few Steam keys from G2A. I've only had an issue with an invalid key once, and G2A refunded me within a few minutes. You have to purchase the insurance when paying for your key, but it's something like 1.50. Worth it. The reason I got stung was because I never checked the seller's rating.
