It is a joint venture of the Finnish and Norewegian governments, and one of those sold half of its ownership to Kongsberg Group, which is a publicly traded company. NT is related to Lapua and the costs are downright sweet for new brass. $130 unprimed and $168 primed with CCI41 per 1K.
