Rodri is playing for a great City team, but they do not compare to those Barcelona teams when comparing individuals. I feel Busquets career is so far better than Rodri’s, but I think Rodri is as good a player as him. I feel Busquets was amazing, but players like Keane and Vieira were as good or better than him.

His short passing, composure, physicality and ability to break opposition's press make him an asset to have. Here is a scouting report from fbref. You'll see Rodri is an elite passer and a very good ball Progressor and carrier. His all round play isn't so bad either.
