Feb 19, 2010 · There is no supported way in CRM to go ahead and update the Time zone of all users in CRM. They will need to login and change their settings. If you want to go the database route, you may want to check the UserSettings table.. note you are going into the unsupported zone so a backup before you start changing in there would be advisable :) Sam

When I am looking on the shareowner list view; I could find user ids which are SFDC(salesforce) user IDs. I even tried checking in settings> security > users. There is no "user id" column.
