Who can apply: CIRI voting shareholders who are not original shareholders or lineal descendants; Educational background: Must have a high school diploma or GED; Enrollment: Must be enrolled in an Associate, Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate program, a Post-Baccalaureate program of study, or pre-requisite courses before entering a degree program
