Mar 30, 2009 · For my 3" body lift and these 33s on a gmt900, I had to trim the plastic AND use zip ties to pull the liner back as far as it would go. If I just tried to pull the liner back they would still rub when turning the wheel. My wheels are only 9 wide with 5.7" backspace too. I'd need more than 3" if I went with 5.0 backspace without a doubt.

Mar 16, 2007 · Sorry to take so long, it has just been really busy here. 2500HD Ext. cab Duramax Cognito leveling kit, factory torsion keys, and Pro Comp shocks. Trimming is required to clear 33's Same areas as in the past (rear of the fender wells) Ideally the use of new keys and a 1" block for the rear would be perfect, but not neccessary.

Jul 6, 2015 · This article applies to the Chevrolet Silverado GMT900 (2007-2013). Adding a leveling or lift kit to your truck can improve the look and give you more clearance to run bigger tires, which means more ground clearance for when you're off the road.

Feb 23, 2021 · Anyone else building GMT900’s? I’m potentially looking at a 2013 Tahoe for ski trips and glamping mobile. Very keen on one that’s for sale—nice color and Z71 package. Only mods it’ll get are small lift, 33’s, full length roof rack, and a dongle to deactivate AFM.

Jan 9, 2018 · I'm already running 305/60/18 with no lift, and they're not much smaller than most 33s, so I'm contemplating trying 35s with the lift... but most lifted burbs with 35s are running over 6". I want to keep my kit in the 4-5" range for better suspension geometry.

Jun 16, 2011 · I have 33's with a 3" body lift and I want more tire. Don't do 33"s. I have something like 8.5" of gab from top of my tire to the fender right now.
