Sep 23, 2015 · WAU will give them freewill as WAU know it is't allow to control it creator. Hence, the resurrected monster all have freewill as well as the resurrected machine. It just sadly some of them become too aggressive I haven't kill WAU, becasue I know only WAU able to recreate mankind as it be demanded by it creator. It take time, it make mistake.

It's not producing it spontaneously, more that as it expands it's gaining more and more raw material which it then converts into gel, since the gel itself is organically based (proteinated graphene in petroleum substrate) so all the WAU would need is a steady supply of raw carbon that it could turn, presumably using extant structure gel as a catalyst to convert more.

Who, for sure, know nothing about the station and WAU itself. It'd be easy to use him (or her? Simon has got the woman's body) to perform the mission Cath had started.
