Apr 18, 2017 · more like looking for some incredible burst damage I've seen someone doing a boss speedkill (time counter starts from the moment a boss gets hit for the first time until the boss dies) with tsunami straight up and timing it perfectly (resulting in <1s killtime), but that's probably where tsunami is superior compared to phantasm, nothing else.
