Nov 29, 2018 · Sunset Overdrive does have 2X MSAA support. It doesn't look as good as other games, but it doesn't look as bad as on this screenshot either. For me, the image quality is more than good enough in 1440p with all graphics options on maximum.

Dec 19, 2023 · No wonder they didn't mind selling to Sony at a not-super-high price. They really needed the stability. Everything they worked on with other publishers was more or less a financial disaster. The Oculus games, Song of the Deep, Fuse and Sunset Overdrive were all cost more money than they made back. Often significantly so.

Aug 23, 2019 · Sunset Overdrive 2 was never going to happen even i f Sony didn't buy Insomniac. It just didn't sell enough, partly down to Xbox not selling great but mostly down to people just not caring for it. Who would have funded a costly sequel to a AAA game that didn't make money?

Dec 19, 2020 · I uninstalled Sunset Overdrive and re-installed it, which the Game Pass app did in 10x of my actual internet speed. It must have found not-really-uninstalled recycled files somewhere and just revalidated them. Guess what, the game is STILL in GERMAN. I don't know what to do. This automatic language crap is such a mess.

Feb 9, 2018 · Uncharted The Nathan Drake Collection, Driveclub, Sunset Overdrive, Killzone Shadow Fall, The Order 1886, Forza Horizon 2 etc should have been graphical showcases for these systems. I know there are better looking newer games but people would have bought these consoles faster if their older games would have been improved.

May 4, 2021 · They would not work on Sunset Overdrive sequel now. They could develop it after Spider-Man 2 PS5. That said, I do not think Sunset Overdrive made much money when it was released. I wonder if Sony will fund a sequel to the Sunset Overdrive IP. I would be interested in Sunset Overdrive sequel but we have to wait and see.
