Maqluba is a delicious upside down dish from the Middle East, meaning upside down, there are so many variations to it, wether its chicken or meat or vegetarian only but the main ingredient is always the rice. My mum made Maqluba all the time growing up, her version was placing uncooked rice on top and letting it cook on top if the vegetables but here i opted for an easier ver
