After the death of "American Pickers" star Frank Fritz, his biological father is contesting his will in court.

Fritz died on Sept. 30, 2024 from complications following a stroke. He was 60. Fritz reportedly filed a “will prior to death” back on October 2023, and a certificate was reportedly issued for the approval of that will on Oct. 18, 2024 following his death.

Nearly five months after the death of “American Pickers” star Frank Fritz, his biological father is contesting his will. William Fritz, who lives in Texas, filed a petition earlier this month to set aside Frank Fritz’s last testament and have a jury determine what should be done with his son's estate.
